We work with ages 6 years and older.

We offer psychiatric medication management and brief therapeutic services, for a variety of conditions, including treatment for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism, among others. Learn more

Our services are delivered online in Washington State through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. You'll be able to meet with us via video from the comfort of your home. 

1. Contact Us - Start by emailing or calling our office. We'll have a brief discussion to determine if our services are the right fit for you. 
2. Complete Intake Forms - After initial contact, you'll receive intake forms to fill out. These forms help us understand your medical and mental health history better. 
3. Scheduling - Once your intake forms are complete, we'll reach out to schedule your first appointment. 
4. Initial Consultation - Your first visit will consist of a detailed 60 to 90-minute evaluation conducted through our secure telehealth platform. During this session, we will explore your symptoms, medical and psychological history, and establish your treatment goals. We'll also discuss diagnosis and create a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication, health recommendations, or referrals for additional services and testing as needed. 
5. Ongoing Support - Based on your needs, a follow-up session will be scheduled for medication management and/or therapy. Together, we'll adjust your treatment plan to ensure its effective and aligns with your specific needs.

We accept most major insurance plans. Coverage may vary depending on the provider you see, as not all clinicians are in-network with every insurance company. We recommend verifying your specific benefits and provider participation with your insurance plan prior to scheduling. Our team is happy to assist with general questions and help guide you through the process.
